Each CSA box will contain a mix of at least 3 of our gourmet varieties currently in stock. Orders will be ready to pickup at High Falls on Wednesday after 1pm and will need to be picked up by Thursday 3pm. Please let us know by Sunday if you cannot pickup your mushrooms for a credit which you can use for your next pickup. Mushrooms include a mix of blue oyster, lions mane, coral tooth, shiitake, maitake, or royal trumpet based on availability.
